Return Policy for Online Course Payments

At the Ravana Aviation Kite Association, we are committed to providing a positive learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may require a refund or cancellation of course enrollment. This policy outlines the terms for returning online course payments.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellation Requests:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment, provided the course has not been accessed or commenced.
Once course materials are accessed, refunds will no longer be issued.

Technical Issues:

If technical issues prevent access to the course, we will provide a refund or alternative solution upon verification of the issue.

Cancellation by Association:

If the Ravana Aviation Kite Association cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund.

2. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@rakasl.com or through an official communication channel.
The refund process may take up to 10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method used.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be provided if participants fail to complete the course or meet attendance/participation requirements.
Payments for special promotions or discounted courses are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.
Refunds are not available for administrative fees or third-party payment processing charges.

4. Exceptions
