Return Policy for Online Course Payments

At the Ravana Aviation Kite Association, we are committed to providing a positive learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may require a refund or cancellation of course enrollment. This policy outlines the terms for returning online course payments.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Cancellation Requests:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment, provided the course has not been accessed or commenced.
- Once course materials are accessed, refunds will no longer be issued.
Technical Issues:
- If technical issues prevent access to the course, we will provide a refund or alternative solution upon verification of the issue.
Cancellation by Association:
- If the Ravana Aviation Kite Association cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@rakasl.com or through an official communication channel.
- The refund process may take up to 10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method used.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No refunds will be provided if participants fail to complete the course or meet attendance/participation requirements.
- Payments for special promotions or discounted courses are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.
- Refunds are not available for administrative fees or third-party payment processing charges.
4. Exceptions
