Return Policy for Online Course Payments & Kite Products

At the Ravana Aviation Kite Association, we are committed to providing a positive learning experience and high-quality kite products. However, we understand that circumstances may require a refund or cancellation. This policy outlines the terms for returning online course payments and kite products.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellation Requests for Online Courses:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment, provided the course has not been accessed or commenced.
  • Once course materials are accessed, refunds will no longer be issued.

Technical Issues:

  • If technical issues prevent access to the course, we will provide a refund or alternative solution upon verification of the issue.

Cancellation by Association:

  • If the Ravana Aviation Kite Association cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy for Kite Products:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Defective or damaged products can be returned for a full refund or replacement upon verification.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@rakasl.com or through an official communication channel.
  • The refund process may take up to 10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method used.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refunds will be provided if participants fail to complete the course or meet attendance/participation requirements.
  • Payments for special promotions or discounted courses are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
  • Refunds are not available for administrative fees or third-party payment processing charges.
  • Personalized or custom-made kite products are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
  • Used or damaged kite products due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible for a refund.
